We now have spices!

US Department of Agriculture found that spices may have more antioxidant compounds than fruits and vegetables. Therefore, we probably should look on spices not just as a flavor to the dish, but from the health perspective as well. Some studies suggest that even if you smell, for example, cinnamon, it will increase alertness and brain function. Another spice, like Ginger, may improve circulation and has anti-inflammatory and blood thinning properties. Tropical Sri-Lankan climate is perfect to harvest spices not just for fine food, but for well being.

We have different varieties of Organic spices, including REAL, TRUE CINNAMON, not Cassia. There is a big difference!
